2.研究目的での利用申請/Application for Research Purposes
(1)5営業日前までに利用希望施設・希望日時・人数等、実験内容を詳細に示した「使用許可願(自由書式・指導教員の署名捺印)」を学生課へ提出
You must apply for permission to use the facility to the Office of Student Services at least five working days in advance. There are no specified forms, but applications should include an academic advisor’s signature and seal, describing which facility you wish to use, the desired date and time of use, the number of people involved, and details of experiment.

(2)学生課から日程調整・利用可否の連絡を返信
Office of Student Services will notify the student whether their application is approved and provide scheduling information.
3.研究目的での利用申請/Application for Research Purposes
各施設の【利用対象】にあてはまり、団体の会長/研究室指導教員による承認を得たうえで申請すること
※グラウンド運営委員会、体育館運営委員会、テニスコート運営委員会の構成員である公認学生団体がそれぞれの施設を事前調整の通り使用する場合、手続きは不要
*This process is not necessary for officially authorized student clubs that are members of the Sports Ground Committee, Gymnasium Committee, Tennis Court Committee, when using the corresponding facilities as scheduled.
(1)5営業日前までに学生課へ以下の内容を申請
①利用希望施設 ➁研究室の指導教員名または公認学生団体名 ③希望日時(第一希望~第三希望を記載) ④用途 ⑤人数

【利用対象/Eligiblity】
・理工学部体育会の活動および塾生がテニスをする場合のみ可
・サークル活動等は不可
-The tennis court may be only used the Athletic Association of the Faculty of Science and Technology, and Keio students.
-It is not available for student group activities.
【一般塾生利用可能日時/Availability for General Student】
・通常利用時間7:30~20:30のうち
試験期間を除く、授業を実施している平日10:45~16:15
※あらかじめテニスコート運営委員会が設定した時間帯のみ可
※土曜・日曜・祝日・義塾の定めた休日は、授業実施を問わず利用不可
※三田祭期間(準備日・片付け日含む)は利用不可
-While the courts are operational from 7:30–20:30, general student access is only between 10:45–16:15 on weekdays with lectures, except during the exams.
*Only during the hours set in advance by the Tennis Court Management Committee.
*Unavailable on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and university holidays, regardless of the scheduled class days.
*Unavailable during the Mita Festival, including days for preparation and cleanup.

【申請受付時間/Application Period】
利用日前日の8:45~先着順
Reservations open at 8:45 a.m. on the day before use, accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
【注意事項/Important Notes】
・必ずテニスウェア、テニスシューズを着用すること(コートでの着替え不可)
・雨が降った翌日はコートが乾くまで使用不可
・晴天でもコートのコンディション次第で使用不可の場合あり
・使用許可を受けていてもコートにシートが敷いてある、ネットが張られていない場合は利用不可
・用具の貸し出しなし
・食事不可
・ゴミは持ち帰ること
・予約終了5分前には必ず使用を止め、ブラシをかけて退出
-You must wear tennis apparel and shoes. You are not allowed to change on-site.
-If it rains the previous day, the court cannot be used until fully dry.
-To protect court conditions, there may be times when it is unavailable even when the weather has cleared.
-The court is unavailable when covered or when the net is not set, regardless of prior authorization.
-Equipment rentals are not available.
-No food allowed.
-Do not litter.
-Make sure to cease play five minutes before the designated time ends, and brush the court before leaving.
大会その他でコートが使えない場合は掲示でお知らせします
When the court is not available due to a tournament or other reason, a notice will be posted on the buletin board.

・理工学部体育会または学生課が認めた公認学生団体の活動
・理工学部生・理工学研究科生が研究室単位でソフトボール、サッカー等をする場合
-Activities related to the Athletic Association of Faculty of Science and Technology, or officially authorized student club activities permitted by the Office of Student Services.
-The sports ground and mini-ground may be used by laboratories of the Faculty and Graduate School of Science and Technology to play softball or soccer.

・飲食不可(水分補給は可)
・使用実態に応じた予約時間とすること。予約した時間帯にグラウンドを使用しないことが判明した場合、使用予定表を書き換え、予約を取り下げる必要があります。グランドを使用していないにもかかわらず、予約を取り下げていないことが判明した場合には、当該団体のグラウンド使用を制限することがあります
-Food and drink are prohibited, except for non-alcoholic beverages for hydration.
-Reservations must be made to correspond with the actual time an organization plans to use the space If the organization determines that they will not use the Sports Ground during their reserved time-slot, they must withdraw their reservation. If an organization keeps their original reservation despite not using the area, their privileges for using the Sports Ground may be restricted.

・理工学部生・研究科生が研究室単位で卓球をする場合

-Students of the Faculty or Graduate Schools of Science and Technology may play table tennis as a laboratory group.

・研究室単位で利用する場合は、卓球目的のみ可(ラケット・球は各自持参すること)。その他目的での使用は不可
・使用実態に応じた予約時間とすること。予約した時間帯に体育館を使用しないことが判明した場合、使用予定表を書き換え、予約を取り下げる必要があります。体育館を使用していないにもかかわらず、予約を取り下げていないことが判明した場合には、当該団体の体育館使用を制限することがあります。

【申請・使用方法/How to Apply and Use the Shower Rooms】
(1)シャワールーム入口を学生証で解錠
(2)(16-B棟のみ)他に利用者がいなければ退出時にガスの元栓を締める
※退出後、自動で施錠されますので学生証を置き忘れないようご注意ください
(1) Unlock the entrance of the shower room with the student ID card.
(2) For 16th Building B, make sure to turn off the main gas valve when leaving the facility if there are no other users.
*The door will be locked automatically. Do not forget your student ID card inside the facility.

・必ず利用者本人の学生証を使用し解錠すること
・学生証を所持しない者が使用を希望する特別な事情がある場合は学生課へ事前に相談すること
・盗難防止のため、貴重品類は持ち込まないこと
・整備等で使用できない日程があるため、学生課にて確認すること
-Use YOUR personal student ID card to unlock the door.
-If someone without a student ID card has a compelling situation where they wish to use these facilities, they should consult with the Office of Student Services in advance.
-To prevent theft, do not bring valuables into the facility.
-Please contact the Office of Student Services regarding availability as the shower rooms may be closed due to maintenance and other circumstances.

【申請・使用方法/How to Apply to Use the Yagami Women's Common Room】
(1)学生は理工学部管財課(14棟3階)、教職員は理工学部総務課(14棟3階)にて本人確認の上事前登録(当日可)
(2)コモンルーム入り口横のインターホンにて警備室の本人確認
(3)学生証または教職員証で解錠
(4)退出時は入り口ドアのサムターンをひねると解錠される。警備室への退出連絡は不要
(1) Registration and identification are required prior to use. Same-day registration is allowed. Students must register at the Facilities & Supply Management Office (3F, 14th Building) of the Faculty of Science and Technology. Faculty and staff members must register at the Administrative Affairs Office (3F, 14th Building) of the Faculty of Science and Technology.
(2) Use the intercom next to the entrance of the common room to verify your identity with the security office.
(3) Unlock the door with a student, faculty, or staff ID card.
(4) To exit, unlock the door at the entrance by twisting the lock from inside. You do not need to contact the security office when leaving.
