ATTENTION: Any changes to the application schedule and procedure will be announced in this page or on the Keio University Student Website . Only inquiries by email can be accepted. Please send them to gakusei-c.yagami*adst.keio.ac.jp (place @ instead of *) with a title including your student ID number and name.
Application guidelines for each scholarship are listed here .

Submission of documents
You need to submit all the required documents ( Application Form , a copy of your bankbook, and other documents designated in the application guidelines) via Google form . The application documents can also be downloaded from the website of International Center. Scholarship Application Registration must be completed before submission. If you need to replace a document after submission, please contact the email address of the Office of Student Services (Student Life).

Results of Screening
You will be contacted separately by the university office in charge if you cleared the document screening and are eligible for an interview. You will not be contacted if you were not selected.

Donor Designated Scholarships ("Mita-kai" Scholarships)
For the scholarships No. 5-13 on the list below, you may apply to a maximum number of THREE scholarship providers. You are recommended to write an essay in Japanese if possible. Successful applicants will be required to write a thank you letter to donors.

Scholarships for students in the Graduate School of Science and Technology
Those who wish to apply for the scholarships No. 16-22 on the following list must submit required documents via Google Form (特別奨学金申請フォーム) . Please change the filename to "student ID number_name." The Academic Achievements and the Recommendatory Letter are supposed to be submitted by your supervisor. The application guidelines and the prescribed forms (English ver.) can be downloaded. The format of the Recommendatory Letter has already been distributed to faculty members. If you do not have Keio ID (keio.jp), please submit the file with a set password by email.
