How to apply
Step 1: Find a prospective supervisor
Please find a prospective academic advisor at Graduate School of Science and Technology and get permission from him/her to study under his/her supervision.

Step2: Prepare application documents and submit online
After you get permission from your prospective academic advisor, prepare the application documents and submit all the Application documents through the "Online Application form".
It is required to submit the necessary documents during the application period.
Step 3: Pay the fee by the due date
We will send you an payment information after you get accepted. After you complete the payment, International office will start the application procedure to obtain a Certificate of Eligibility for your student visa application.

6. Certificate of Enrollment from Home University (English Ver.) |

7. Application for Dormitory (Form 6) * Only applicable to students who wish to apply for Keio University dormitories. * Please read the Dormitory Information carefully and apply through Online Application form . |

8. Application for Certificate of Eligibility (COE) * The Certificate of Eligibility is one of the required documents for your student visa application. Please attach digital data of your ID photo on the first page. As for photo specification for ID photo, please refer here . |
